Integrated Weed Management Training Event

Dear Colleague

We are pleased to announce that, in collaboration with Parks for London, the Pesticides team in Welsh Government will be hosting a free integrated weed management training event for organisations within the amenity sector across Wales.

The event will take place at Llandegfedd Visitor Centre, nr Pontypool, on the 17 March. Further details can be found in the attached document which includes an invitation, agenda and privacy notice.

Integrated Weed Management is a holistic and forward-thinking strategy that embraces sustainable weed control methods, including sustainable planting and innovative machinery, reducing dependence on conventional chemical pesticides.

To register for the event, send an email to pesticides.plaladdwyr@gov.wales  by 17:00 Wednesday 4 March.

Please include any dietary and/ or accessibility requirements and language preference for each delegate you register. Places are limited to 2 delegates per organisation.
